Gourmet Hot Chocolate Lava Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 450ºF; butter/grease ramekins or muffin cups.
  2. Melt chopped chocolate and butter over a double boiler.
  3. Whisk together eggs, yolks, sugar and Grand Brulot until light and fluffy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together Franzese Traditional Hot Cocoa Mix and flour.
  5. Whisk the melted chocolate into the egg mixture until fully combined. Gently stir in the flour to combine.
  6. Pour into ramekins or muffin cups and bake for exactly 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let sit for one minute before gently inverting onto serving plate.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately while still hot.
