Gourmet Hot Chocolate Lava Cake

- 6 oz dark chopped dark chocolate
- 1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp flour
- ¼ cup Franzese Traditional Hot Cocoa Mix
directions
- Preheat oven to 450ºF; butter/grease ramekins or muffin cups.
- Melt chopped chocolate and butter over a double boiler.
- Whisk together eggs, yolks, sugar and Grand Brulot until light and fluffy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together Franzese Traditional Hot Cocoa Mix and flour.
- Whisk the melted chocolate into the egg mixture until fully combined. Gently stir in the flour to combine.
- Pour into ramekins or muffin cups and bake for exactly 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let sit for one minute before gently inverting onto serving plate.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve immediately while still hot.
